Historyof our second shop at 221 Queen Street, Melbourne
In September 2015, we established our second shop, BRIM CC squared to cover more business people working in CBD.
After two and half years later, we realized that our customers at our second shop has slightly different demand compared with the one in our first shop on Little Collins St.
It is more vegetarian and vegan demand.
Therefore, we not only keep the original concept of BRIM CC Japanese Organic Cafe as providing something real and healthy but also have created something new featuring more vegetarian items.
To let our customers know that we started providing the new product at the second shop only, we also renovated both the name and interiors as BRIM CC midori in June 2018.
BRIM CC midori concept
